Sustainable Contractors – able to bring strong experience and expertise to the table
General construction companies who build or renovate projects vertically and/ or horizontally
General Contractors who have a minimum of 25% of their overall workforce residing in Pennsylvania
General Contractors who employ a minimum of 30% of their construction workforce (employees working on job sites) from Pennsylvania residents
Perspective companies must have a recommendation from a current member in good standing for membership

Monitor and inform the Council of legislative/ administrative issues impacting the general construction industry
Communicate state government activity to council members
Focused representation on for large general construction community
Focused on the promotion and advocacy for fair, efficient, competitive construction
State-Wide Representation of quality general contractors
Assistance and guidance for individual member projects in State Government
Assistance and guidance for economic development efforts for individual members
Develop/organize individual member visits with elected/ appointed officials for assistance on individual issues
Actively support and fight for elected officials/ candidates who support the PennCGC’s Legislative Agenda throughout the political process
Assistance to help members succeed in their efforts
