- Believes in the principles of fair, efficient, competitive construction (bidding, awarding, and building) for all General Contractors
- Quality Contractors – Strong Reputation/ Business Operation
- Sustainable Contractors – able to bring strong experience and expertise to the table
- General construction companies who build or renovate projects vertically and/ or horizontally
- General Contractors who have a minimum of 25% of their overall workforce residing in Pennsylvania
- General Contractors who employ a minimum of 30% of their construction workforce (employees working on job sites) from Pennsylvania residents
- Perspective companies must have a recommendation from a current member in good standing for membership
